The Food:Robert Leach, our new head chef, has been working in some of the most prestigious 5 Star Hotels in South Africa, including The Mount Nelson for 8yrs and The Fancourt Country Club nr George for 6yrs. His attention to detail and presentation earned him a bronze medal in the Culinary Olympics in Berlin in 1996.
