She is passionate about food, a highly accomplished cook in her own right, and a business person with a proven track record who understands that the success of every event comes down to attention to the smallest details.

Beatus Elsholtz, Executive Chef

Formerly Head Chef for 12 years at the Links Clubhouse in St Andrews, Scotland where he oversaw the catering for two British Open Championships and many other prestigious events.

Beatus is passionate and knowledgeable in all aspects of food and has been blown away by the quality and abundance of excellent produce in Devon. He is committed to sourcing and using fresh, seasonal and local produce wherever possible.

We work directly with farmers, fisherman, and growers, going direct to the source wherever possible. Utilising this incredible bounty of goodness, this means that the foods we create for you have exceptional freshness and flavour. You can really taste the difference in everything that we do.
